 1. What if my shoes don’t fit me even after providing my foot measurements?

In case your shoes do not fit you, you can ask for a remake or a full refund. If you go for remake of your shoes, we will take in your sizing feedback from the first pair and create a fresh pair and send it to you. In case of refund, we will refund the full amount of the shoes to you as Credit Points or to your Bank Account as you desire.

 2. How many days does it take to get the shoes delivered?

Since each pair is custom made, we take 14 working days to get the shoes delivered to you. To speed up the process, kindly send your foot measurements to us as comments while purchasing your shoes.

 3. I can’t find my preferred style on the designer. Can I send you a picture of the shoe I want?

While we do have a lot of styles on our designer, if you still do not find your preferred style online, you can whatsapp your design to us on +91-7704990995 or mail us on connect@purplehide.com. Our designers will have a look and get back to you with the details.

 4. I want to gift a shoe to someone but I don’t have her foot measurements. Do I have any other options for sizing?

We do require foot measurements as they help us in estimating the shoe size perfectly. If you need to gift someone a chance to design their own shoes, you can check our gift certificates as an alternative.

 5. Do you ship overseas?

Sorry, we do not ship outside India as of now.

 6. Is there any warranty on your shoes?

We are here to give you the perfect shoe shopping experience and we stand by the quality of our products. So if you do find a manufacturing defect in your shoes, please feel free to contact us through mail or call and we will do whatever we can to help you.

 7. I am a shoe retailer. Do you have any options for bulk ordering?

If you are looking for a bulk purchase, please write to us on connect@purplehide.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 8. I want to design shoes but am not comfortable using leather products? Are there any options other than leather?

We do have a lot of materials other than leather. Please check out our glitter, lustrous, mirror and textile materials.

 9. I do not want store credit if I want a refund. Can you refund the amount directly to my bank account?

When you ask for a refund, the amount automatically goes to your Purplehide Account as Credit Points. You can use these credit points to purchase another shoe or a gift certificate on our website. If you do not want them as credit points, please write to us on connect@purplehide.com and we will transfer your credit points to your bank account.
